I think it really

5.Promoting
your site with 'Reciprocal Links'
Using 'reciprocal
links' or exchanging links with
other site owners is probably the best and fastest way to improve your
traffic.
When looking for
people to exchange links with, try to find
quality sites that relate to yours in some way. The best
way to do that is to use directories like Yahoo or The Open Directory
Project (Both places review all sites submitted to them making sure
they are high quality). Browse through categories that relate to your
site and build a list of web pages you would like to exchange links
with.
When the list is
made, you need to convince each site to link to you. The best way to
do that is to link to their site first, then send an email asking them
to do the same for your site.
Remember that the
more personal the email, the better your chances of getting a link back.
